On the more affordable side, these condos were made for small families or college students. Contrary to their names, they have little do with them. Well, maybe the stationary follows the name, but nothing else does. Be warned, there are a huge handful of creepers here!

These apartment complexes are in shambles and falling apart at the seems. Most of them are actually abandoned and the rent or total buying costs have been reduced dramatically. Some of them are inhabited by lower-class citizens or maybe something a bit more creepy...

The other half of the high school campus. These dorms are on the far-south end of Dark Holly and are home to more students than you'd think. The dorms are surrounded by many a tree and the calm and quiet are preferred.

The Redwood homes are on the very high-end side of the town, quite close to the Holly Estates. Each house is made of thick, beautiful red wood or bricks. This area is actually very normal, as The Quarter is not so normal and actually foreign. Those of French decent typically opt to live here, the rails and balconies reminding them of home. The Quarter is a set of houses akin to duplexes.

These are the smallest of the townhomes in town, specifically designed for couples or people without spouses. They are also on the more expensive side, rent being at least 900$ in most cases. They are also more modern, given the glassy, edgy architecture.
